Unlike most other sweeteners, honey contains small amounts of a wide array of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants.

Whole Grains

Whole grains are composed of three intact nutritious parts:

  • the protected bran layer containing B-vitamins, antioxidants and fiber;
  • the nutrient-packed germ containing high levels of B-vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy oils;
